Connect yours once and you can search the inventory, hold a unit, register a client, follow a commission or check a payment just by asking.

You sign in with your own Vertu account, so your assistant sees exactly what you would see in the portal, and nothing more.

Security & control

Your assistant only does what you could do yourself

The MCP server sits behind the same accounts and permissions as the portals. It adds no new back door.

Sign in with your own account
OAuth sign-in per person. Your assistant never sees your password, and access can be revoked from your Vertu profile at any time.
Role-scoped permissions
A broker sees only their own agency's clients and deals. Owners see only their units. Buyers without an account get public tools only.
You confirm every change
Holds, registrations, approvals and bookings stop and ask you first. Nothing changes until you press Confirm.
Audit log of AI actions
Every tool call is logged with who, what, when and which assistant. Vertu admins can review and export it.
Rate limits
Per-user and per-tool limits stop runaway loops and bulk scraping of the price list.
Data stays with Vertu
Your data is served from Vertu's own hosting and is not used to train models. Your assistant's provider handles the chat itself under its own terms.

Add it to your assistant
1. 1Open Settings, then Connectors.
2. 2Choose “Add custom connector” and paste the Vertu server URL.

4. 4In a chat, turn on the Vertu Zayed tools and ask away.

Sign in and approve
Your assistant opens a Vertu sign-in page. Log in with the same account you use for the broker portal, the CRM or the owner portal, then review the permissions it asks for. You can disconnect any time from your Vertu profile.

Frequently asked

What is MCP?

The Model Context Protocol is an open standard for connecting AI assistants to outside tools and data. Instead of copying and pasting from the portal, your assistant asks Vertu directly through a small set of named tools, like search_units or place_hold.

Does Vertu see my chats?

No. Vertu only receives the tool calls your assistant makes (for example “search 2-bedroom units under EGP 15M”) and returns the result. The rest of your conversation stays with your assistant's provider.

Which assistants will work?

Any assistant that supports remote MCP servers with OAuth sign-in. That includes Claude, ChatGPT (where connectors are available on your plan), Cursor and a growing list of other apps and agents.

Is it live yet?

Not yet. This page is a preview of the planned service, and the demo above uses sample data. The server URL and tool names may change before launch. Partner brokers will be invited first.

Can my assistant buy or reserve a unit on its own?

No. Write actions such as holds and approvals always wait for you to confirm, and reservations and contracts still go through Vertu's sales team.
